Delivery to Door:
Delivery companies cannot assist you to carry the item into your home or positioning it in a room.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once you’ve received your order please check the number of items accordingly delivery receipt. Also, all the received items must be unwrapped within 48 hours after delivery (there may be concealed damage). If you find any damages you need to notify us within 48 hours so that we can investigate this further at our own discretion. Otherwise we will be unable to replace the damaged items and claim this for our freight partners.
