Our standard lead time is 2-10 business days depending on the bed model.
The estimated delivery time:
North island is 2-3 business days
South island is 3-7 business days.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once you’ve received your order please check the number of items accordingly delivery receipt. Also all the received items must be unwrapped during 24 hours after delivery (there may be concealed damage). If you find any damages you need to notify us within 24 hours so that we can investigate this further at our own discretion. Otherwise we will be unable to replace the damaged items and claim this for our freight partners.
